  • Brad Obregon

    Bradley Obregon is co-owner and Director of Tax and Accounting Services for B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC. A Springfield native, Bradley attended Ozarks Technical Community College, after which graduating from the Drury Law Enforcement Academy in 1999. Brad proudly served as a member of the Rogersville Police Department for over ten years, as well as the owner of the popular Rogersville restaurant, La Favorita for almost five years. While still with the police force, Bradley joined his father’s firm, Complete Accounting and Tax, part time in 2005. The attention to detail and analytical skills Bradley developed as a police officer were a perfect fit and he found his new career. In 2016, Bradley earned his Enrolled Agent certification, and in 2020 Bradley and his wife Candice, purchased and rebranded the firm as B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC. Bradley specializes in personal and corporate taxes while directly managing the firm’s tax, accounting, and consulting services. Bradley and his wife Candice have four children and one grandchild. In his free time, Bradley enjoys watching Kansas City football with his kids, as well as camping ‘events’ with his friends and extended family.

  • Candice Obregon

    Candice Obregon is co-owner and Director of Payroll Services for B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC. Originally from the St. Louis area, Candice moved to the Springfield area in 2004 and decided to make it her forever home when she married Bradley in 2006. While working in the hospitality industry, she completed her Medical Administration degree in 2008, however Candice enjoyed and excelled at her career in hospitality and by 2013 was the Assistant General Manager of a local hotel chain. After taking some time to stay at home with her two youngest children, she joined Bradley at what would become B&C in 2014. Utilizing her education and background in Administration, Candice directly manages the payroll process of our corporate clients including; payroll processing, federal, state and local liability calculations and reporting. A native of St. Louis, Candice enjoys road trips to her first home as well as a good Cardinals game. She loves spending time with her four children, perfect granddaughter, extended family, weekend camping ‘events’ and reading a good biography.

  • Mark Deppe

    Mark Deppe joined B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC in November of 2020 as a Senior Tax Accountant, specializing in S Corporations and Partnerships. Other than two years spent teaching English in Italy on church missions, Mark spent most of his life in Utah before moving to the Springfield area in 2020. Mark discovered his love for all things tax in 2004 during a tax preparation class. After which, Mark was hooked and has been working in the tax preparation side of public accounting ever since. Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Weber University in 2012, and his Enrolled Agent certification in 2017.

  • Kimberly Riggs

    Kimberly Riggs joined B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC in August of 2021 as a Tax and General Accountant, specializing in accounting outsourcing for a wide variety of industries and individual tax preparation. Originally from Springfield, Kimberly spent most of her life around Northwest Arkansas before moving back to the area in 2010. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 2004, and Master of Business Administration from John Brown University in 2006. Prior to joining B&C, Kimberly spent the majority of her accounting career in the healthcare industry, including ambulatory surgery centers, long term care, and healthcare software. Kimberly is an active member of Springfield Sister Cities, having served on the Board of Directors and individual committees. Kimberly and her family are self-described history buffs and in their free time like to visit historical sites. So far, her favorite is Churchill’s WWII bunker in London.

  • Lena Lambson

    Lena Lambson joined B&C Accounting and Tax, LLC in January 2022 as B&C’s office Receptionist. After graduating high school, Lena joined the U.S. Air Force, serving in the USAF Honor Guard while working in Intelligence and earning the rank of Senior Airman. Although originally from Denver, Colorado, Lena was stationed in England and Tucson, AZ and chose Springfield as her home after leaving the Air Force in 2002. Lena discovered her love of travel during her military career, and in 2003 began a new career in the hospitality industry. While working, Lena furthered her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Leadership from Missouri State University in 2007, and by 2014 was General Manager of a local hotel chain. With a growing family at home, Lena stepped back from her career to be with her family until joining our team. Lena and her husband Jeremy have two children and enjoy hiking, camping and ‘road tripping’ as a family. Lena’s children have inherited her love of travel and she looks forward to taking them on international adventures as they get older.
